How we work with distributors

Distributor programmes run on exclusive SKUs: a defined product platform, a defined territory, your cartons and barcodes, and a tooling set held exclusively for you. In return we ask for a volume commitment that justifies holding the tooling and the colour master panel.

What distributors tell us they value most is not price — it is that the fourteenth container matches the first.

How we work with EPC and main contractors

Contractor work is documentation-driven. We supply method statements, load calculations, material certificates and country-of-origin papers, packed to the project's marking scheme and called off in phases against the site programme. Project-specific packing marks and phased delivery are standard, not extras.

How we work with utility and government buyers

Specification is referenced to a named standard, third-party inspection is expected rather than resisted, and traceability packs are delivered with the goods. We are comfortable being audited; bring your inspector.

References

Full reference lists with contactable clients are available under NDA. We do not publish client names on a public website — that is a decision our clients asked for, and we honour it.

What we ask from a partner

  • A specification, or at least a photo and a metreage — we can work from either.
  • A destination port and a preferred Incoterm.
  • Honest feedback when something is wrong. Every process improvement we have made came from a complaint.
