What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the contact name, company, e-mail address, destination country, product interest, approximate quantity and any requirement notes you choose to send. We collect standard server logs and anonymous analytics on this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare and follow up a quotation, and to improve the website. We do not sell contact data and we do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months so that a repeat enquiry can be matched to its predecessor, then deleted. Order and quality records are retained for five years because our ISO 9001 system requires it and because batch traceability depends on it.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to export@jiangzhixinfence.com and we will action the request within 30 days. Deletion requests do not extend to records we are required to keep for a completed transaction.
Cookies
This site sets only functional cookies necessary for the enquiry form and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
