Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are conditional on a signed technical specification. Unit prices assume the stated specification; a change to height, wire diameter, coating or colour reopens the price.
When a contract exists
A contract is formed when we acknowledge a purchase order against a signed technical specification and receive the agreed deposit. An enquiry, a budget price or a pro-forma invoice alone does not create a contract or reserve production capacity.
Lead times
Lead times run from deposit and signed specification, not from enquiry, and exclude public holidays in China and the destination country. We publish an adjusted calendar for Chinese New Year and Ramadan in advance.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated on the quotation — FOB Tianjin by default, with CIF and DDP available. Risk transfers at the point defined by that Incoterm.
Inspection
Buyer-nominated inspectors are welcome at our plant before loading. Claims for visible damage or short shipment must be raised within 7 days of arrival with photographic evidence; claims for coating or dimensional non-conformance must be raised within 30 days and will be assessed against the retained batch samples.
Warranty
We warrant that goods conform to the signed technical specification and to the coating standard stated on it. Coating service-life figures published on this website are typical values from internal exposure records and published field data; they are guidance for specification, not a warranty, because actual life depends on site salinity, dust loading and maintenance.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the non-conforming goods. We are not liable for consequential loss, for installation labour, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
