OEM versus ODM

OEM means we build to your specification and ship under your brand. ODM means we adapt an existing Dingjiang platform to your market. Most distributor programmes use both: a standard panel platform with custom heights, colours and packing.

OEM and ODM represent roughly 60% of our export volume.

What the service covers

  • Private-label packing — your carton print, barcode, pallet label, installation leaflet and shrink-wrap colour, produced from your artwork.
  • Custom geometry — non-standard panel heights, post centres, gate leaf sizes, bracketry and fixing kits.
  • Colour and finish — RAL, AkzoNobel or Jotun matching in 60–80 µm polyester, with wood-grain sublimation and anodising for aluminium.
  • Documentation — method statements, weld and coating test reports, mill certificates to EN 10204 3.1, and country-of-origin papers.
  • Compliance support — SABER / SASO registration, certificate of origin attestation and customs-ready document sets.
  • Tool protection — dies, jigs and fixtures made for your SKU are held exclusively and never used for another customer.

How your brand is protected

  • Five inspection gates per batch, with records retained five years.
  • Batch traceability: heat number, zinc bath record and cure log filed per container, retrievable for 24 months.
  • Colour consistency: spectrophotometer check with ΔE < 1.5 against your approved master panel.
  • Third-party inspection accepted at our plant before loading.
  • Sample retention from every batch.

Who this suits

Distributors and wholesalers needing exclusive SKUs; EPC and main contractors needing tender-compliant documentation and phased delivery; developers needing consistent colour across multi-year handovers; and government and utility buyers needing standards-referenced specification with full traceability.
