Why aluminium for villa and hospitality perimeters
Aluminium does not rust. In Gulf coastal districts — Jumeirah, Lusail, Al Khobar — that difference removes the repainting cycle that galvanised steel eventually needs, and it keeps the fence looking new through a phased multi-year handover. Over a 15-year ownership model the higher purchase price is usually recovered in avoided maintenance.
Finish options
- Qualicoat powder — 60–80 µm polyester in any RAL reference, with a QUV-B 1,000 h weathering report per colour.
- Wood-grain sublimation — a heat-transferred timber effect that gives the warmth of wood without termite, warp or repainting problems.
- Anodised — natural silver, bronze or black for a metallic architectural finish.
Privacy levels
Slat gaps of 0 mm give full privacy and full wind load; 10–20 mm gaps reduce wind pressure and give a lighter appearance while still blocking sightlines at normal viewing angles. Our engineers will confirm the wind pressure case for your height and exposure before production.
Colour consistency across phases
This is the detail that decides repeat orders. We hold an approved master panel for your project and check every batch against it by spectrophotometer, with ΔE < 1.5 accepted. Across a 14-month phased delivery on a 640-plot development we recorded zero colour claims.
Matching gates
Sliding and swing gates are fabricated from the same extrusion batch as the fence, with the same finish, so there is no visible colour step between gate and run.
Where it is specified
Villas & residential
Boundary and garden screens where privacy and appearance both matter.
Hospitality & retail
Poolside screens, bin stores, plant enclosures and façade feature walls.
Commercial façades
Car park screens and rooftop plant screening with matched RAL or wood-grain.
Installation sequence
Set out
Mark post centres at 2.0–2.5 m; confirm levels and boundary setback.
Posts
Base-plate onto concrete pads or core-drill into slabs with chemical anchors.
Rails
Fit top and bottom rails; check the bay is square before fixing slats.
Slats
Clip or screw slats from bottom up, maintaining the specified gap.
Finishing
Fit post caps, remove protective film and check gate alignment.
